Shipping costs to Canada
Region 1 (Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia): Flat rate of $10 . Free delivery for orders of $60 or more (before taxes).
Region 2 (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island): Flat rate of $16 . Free delivery on orders of $80 or more (before taxes).
Important Notes
- United States and Europe: We do not offer shipping to the United States or Europe at this time.
- It is essential to check the address entered when placing your order. We decline all responsibility in the event of an error or omission of information (for example, the unit number).
- Your order should take 1 to 3 business days to prepare. Depending on your location, you should add 3 to 9 business days for delivery. Additional delays beyond our control and related to the carrier may occur.
- When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track it. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after receipt.
- *Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, such as national sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), pre-sale promotions and holiday seasons.
- All shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable. Please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second shipping attempt will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to free shipping on the initial order). It is your responsibility to pick up your package at the post office within the time limit set by Canada Post. If this time limit is exceeded and the package is returned to us, it may be reshipped (reshipping fees at the customer's expense), or refunded (less the return shipping fees paid by Québec Survie).
