Important Notes

  1. United States and Europe: We do not offer shipping to the United States or Europe at this time.
  2. It is essential to check the address entered when ordering. We decline all responsibility in the event of an error or omission of information (for example, the unit number).
  3. The preparation time for your order is 1 to 3 business days. You must add 3 to 9 business days to this time depending on your location for delivery of your package. Additional delays beyond our control, related to the carrier, may occur.
  4. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track it. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after receipt.
  5. *Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, such as national sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), pre-sale promotions and holiday seasons.
  6. All shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable. Please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second shipping attempt will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to free shipping on the initial order). It is your responsibility to pick up your package at the post office within the time limit set by Canada Post. If this time limit is exceeded and the package is returned to us, it may be reshipped (reshipping costs to be paid by the customer), or refunded (less the return shipping costs paid by Québec Survie).
