Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging in which you received it.

Return procedure

Once in your customer area, select the order for which you would like a refund.

Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and return it to the address provided.

Once the product has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your total refund.
