Return and Refund
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day withdrawal period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
