Each product is shipped directly from our Quebec warehouse to your door.
All orders in Canada are shipped via Purolator, UPS, Fedex, Canpar and Canada Post.

Orders under $25: Due to high shipping costs, orders under $25 may be cancelled. Québec Survie reserves the right to cancel an order.

Shipping costs to Canada

Region 1 (Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia): Flat rate of $11.99 . Free shipping on orders of $65 or more (before taxes).

Region 2 (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island): Flat rate of $19.99 . Free delivery on orders of $95 or more (before taxes).

Important Notes

1. United States and Europe: We do not offer shipping to the United States or Europe at this time.
2. It is essential to check the address entered when placing your order. We decline all responsibility in the event of an error or omission of information (for example, the unit number).
3. Your order should take 1 to 3 business days to prepare. Depending on your location, you should add 3 to 9 business days for delivery. Additional delays beyond our control and related to the carrier may occur.
4. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track it. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after receipt.
5. *Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, such as national sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), pre-sale promotions and holiday seasons.
6. All shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable. Please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second shipping attempt will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to free shipping on the initial order). It is your responsibility to pick up your package at the post office within the time limit set by Canada Post. If this time limit is exceeded and the package is returned to us, it may be reshipped (reshipping fees at the customer's expense), or refunded (less the return shipping fees paid by Québec Survie).

All products sold on our online store are guaranteed for 30 days.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day withdrawal period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
